Shipping & Returns
We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery of items in stock due to the current pandemic. And, for items in “high demand” (also known as items on backorder), we will ship these as soon as they are available. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Shipping on all domestic orders to the USA are prepaid according to the pricing referenced in your cart via USPS or UPS. Items purchased with credit cards will be charged immediately and funds held until item ships or further notification is provided. Please contact Customer Service 855-326-4625 regarding orders being shipped out of the United States, rush deliveries, or shipments with special instructions.
Please place your order by Friday at 3pm ET for shipping in that week. Packages are not picked up on the weekend and any orders coming in after 3pm on Friday will be sent first thing Monday morning. Please note this when requesting expedited shipping.

For shipping to arrive by Christmas, please place your order by Saturday, December 14. Orders will likely be much quicker and can arrive before Christmas after this date, but we will not be able to guarantee it. Please use the following map as your holiday shipping guideline:
